RoadSpot Terms of Service

Welcome to RoadSpot. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

01Acceptance of terms

By using RoadSpot, you agree to these Terms and any updates. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

02Use of the app

Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use this app.

Account creation. You may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

License. RoadSpot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

03User responsibilities

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations.
Engage in unauthorized access, data mining, or hacking.
Use the app for fraudulent or harmful activities.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the app complies with local laws.

04Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of RoadSpot or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.

05Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the app, you consent to these practices.

06Payments and subscriptions

Where the app includes paid features or subscriptions, payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. You may cancel a subscription by following the instructions in the relevant app store.

07Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

08Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. RoadSpot does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the app.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadSpot and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on RoadSpot with the effective date updated.
